The Wyndham-Margaritaville timeshare property is situated on Centennial Olympic Park Drive, in the heart of downtown Atlanta between Nassau and
Walton Streets, overlooking the city's famed Centennial Olympic Park.
The island themed vacation club boasts spectacular glass walls that reflect Atlanta's most iconic landmarks. Superb layout and design contributed to
the seamless flow of pedestrian traffic in the area, inviting visitors to stroll along the adjacent sidewalks and revel in the city's exceptional skyline.
To achieve the tropical aesthetic design of the property, MillerClapperton fabricated and installed 110,000 square feet of Reynobond® 4mm FR
Composite Material, an excellent choice for design flexibility exemplified by this project. The chosen finishes of Bone White, Zinc Patina, Nightfall
Metallic, and Cruising Blue perfectly enhance the modern and striking aesthetic of the Wyndham-Margaritaville property.
AAP was proud to work with MillerClapperton to help bring the Wyndham-Margaritaville in Atlanta, Georgia to fruition. “We are excited to add this
outstanding project to our portfolio of projects now totaling almost 500,000 SF of exterior cladding within several blocks of Centennial Olympic
