Highlights from the Arconic’s 2023 Sustainability Report include:
- Zero fatalities; 1% decrease in Days Away, Restricted and Transfer Rate (DART);
- 6% reduction in overall greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, year-over-year;
- More than $33 million invested in research and development to accelerate product innovation;
- Achieved EcoVadis silver rating in our first assessment;
- 53% of high-risk suppliers meet the Company’s supply chain management program criteria;
- 17.6% women employees across the global workforce;
- $7 million invested in communities by Arconic Foundation to advance education, environmental sustainability, and social equity;
- Perfect score of 100 in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index.
